judging by the perks not a very good sniper but I’ve never used it

Triple Tap (Rapidly landing precision hits returns one round to your magazine from your reserves) & Snapshot Sights (Faster aiming down sights)

arguably one of the best hand canons great in PVE

Rampage (Kills with this weapon grant temporary increase in damage, can stack 3x) &  Outlaw (Precision kills decrease reload time)
